Before the steal
Bank enough income for the upgrade that improves your next attempt. Then watch the route for one cycle and identify both the target and a fallback.
- Spend available upgrades before a risky run.
- Check player positions and likely interception lanes.
- Choose the return route before taking the egg.
- Leave when the lane is clear, not merely when the egg appears.
During the return
Use wide, readable turns and avoid changing direction without a reason. Predictable movement toward safety is often better than a complicated route that costs speed.
After hatching
Record the fish, displayed rarity, income, size, and mutation. One hatch is proof of a possible result, not proof of the full pool or exact odds.
